5 positions to be filled
Who we’re looking for
The Board of directors has determined that it needs to increase the presence within the Board of young people and women, in order to meet the group profile it has adopted.
Accordingly, to fill these five positions, we are especially looking for:
- 3 to 5 women and 0 to 2 men, to achieve gender parity
- 2 to 4 persons aged between 18 and 34 years old, 1 to 3 person(s) aged between 35 and 49 years old, 0 to 1 person aged between 50 and 64 years old, and 0 to 1 person aged 65 years old and over
- At least one person belonging to a cultural community
Furthermore, to provide the complementary skills we need under our group profile, we are looking for, among these persons :
- One person with communication skills; and
- One person with sustainable development skills.
